Faith Rising Christian Fellowship

Ministry plays a crucial role in the life of the church, serving as a the message of Jesus Christ that can be shared with others. Actively engaging in various ministries, individuals are afforded a unique opportunity to forge meaningful connections with others who share similar beliefs and convictions, creating a sense of unity and common purpose within the larger church community. Participation in church ministry enables people to grow in their personal faith journey, as they are encouraged to serve and care for others, while also developing their own spiritual gifts and talents. Ministry also helps to cultivate a deeper understanding of God’s love and grace, inspiring individuals to seek out new ways to bring hope and healing to a hurting world.

Discipleship

Discipleship means helping people get closer to Jesus by guiding them on a path of spiritual growth. It involves mentoring and nurturing people who want to become better Christians, which requires patience and a willingness to understand and adapt to each person's situation. As Jesus' followers, we have a responsibility to share our knowledge and experiences with others so that we can fulfill His command to "make disciples" (Matthew 28:19-20). Discipleship is a journey that lasts a lifetime and brings both challenges and rewards. It is a way for us to spread Christ's love and teachings to those around us.When we come together as a Church family, we have the opportunity to grow and improve ourselves. We can support and encourage one another, just as iron sharpens iron.

Fellowship

The concept of fellowship is an essential part of the Christian faith. It goes beyond mere community - it is a deep, familial bond between brothers and sisters who share the same values and beliefs. As we read in Ephesians 2:19-22, God designed His Church to be just this - a fellowship of believers who are united in purpose and mission. When we come together as a Church family, we have the opportunity to grow and improve ourselves. We can support and encourage one another, just as iron sharpens iron. This is not only beneficial to us individually, but it can also have a ripple effect - as we become better versions of ourselves, we can help others to do the same.

OutReach

Outreach is an integral part of our Church's mission. It is our fervent desire to expand our reach far beyond the four walls of our sanctuary so that we can touch the lives of many who have yet to hear about the message and love of Jesus Christ. In order to achieve this, we have committed ourselves to making contact with every person we meet, and ministering to them through acts of love and kindness. Our outreach program targets those who may have never received the love of Christ and may not have ever experienced the love and support of a church community. We believe that by reaching out to those who are unsaved and un-churched, we can show them that they are not abandoned but loved by God.

Children

As a faith community, we at Faith Rising Christian Fellowship deeply value the role of children's ministry in fostering and nurturing our young ones on their faith journey. At its core, we believe a person's relationship with God starts from an early age, and thus we are committed to providing an enriching environment where our children can learn about God, His love for us, and the teachings of Jesus Christ. Through our children's ministry, we aim to provide an engaging and age-appropriate platform where young minds can discover and explore the wonders of God's creation, learn about key biblical figures and events, and develop a strong understanding of faith and spirituality that they can carry with them throughout their lives.

Prayer

Prayer is considered to be one of the most powerful tools in a believer's arsenal. One reason for this is the fact that the power of prayer does not come from within us, but from God himself. When we pray, we are reaching out to our Creator, the one who holds the universe in his hands. It is God who hears our prayers and who has the power to answer them in his perfect wisdom and timing. Therefore, we need to approach prayer not with a sense of self-sufficiency, but with a humble and dependent attitude.

Worship

Worship is a vital way that we can demonstrate our love for God and our submission to his will. It is not enough to simply acknowledge God's existence or to give him lip service. True worship involves a heartfelt appreciation for who God is and what he has done for us. When we enter into worship, we are affirming that God is the source of all our blessings and the one who deserves our adoration and reverence. So, let us make worship a priority in our lives, as we seek to love and honor God in everything we do.
